Join Dani and James on a transformative journey through body and breath. We are excited to invite you to our first collaborative event blending breath, community and movement. Inspired by our desire to share wellness and transformation in an accessible and friendly setting. It’s our first time too in this gorgeous new studio in town, and we can’t wait to share the space with you.
Move Breathe Connect is designed to restore your stillness, clarity, and inner peace. This workshop combines the healing potential of embodied vinyasa yoga and conscious connected breathwork, in an environment that supports connection and healing through coming together.
What to Expect
This three-hour workshop integrates yoga, breathwork, sharing circles, and meditation to encourage personal healing and transformation. You'll explore various practices aimed at enhancing mindfulness, promoting emotional healing, and deepening your connection to self.
Throughout the morning, connect and share with a like-minded group. We’ll start by collectively slowing down, calming our nervous system through intentional movement and grounded breathing, as Dani guides you through a well-paced, gentle yet challenging breath-centric vinyasa yoga practice.
After this session and a short break, James will lead you through a Conscious Connected Breathwork session. Allowing you to be taken on a journey of powerful inner exploration and release. We will be using our breath to quieten our conscious mind, in order to create the opportunity to go deeper, with the potential for profound healing, emotional release, and personal transformation.
New to Breathwork?
If you're new to breathwork, don't worry! James and Dani will provide a safe and supportive environment, ensuring you feel comfortable throughout the experience. It's normal to feel a bit unsure at first, but remember that everyone in the room is on their own journey. Breathwork can be a deeply rewarding practice, helping to release emotional blockages and promote mental clarity. Simply come with an open mind and be prepared to explore the transformative power of your breath. Feel free to ask questions and take breaks as needed; your well-being is our top priority.

Meet Your Facilitators
James Oliver is a breathwork facilitator and personal freedom coach, specialising in supporting individuals to free themselves from their inner struggles and rediscover their authenticity and joy. Having overcome his own challenges with mental health, James now shares his uniquely compassionate approach to guide others on their journeys of personal growth and emotional healing.
Dani is a Yoga and Wellness Teacher, who is passionate about supporting herself and her community to connect to the highest and happiest version of themselves! She is a keen surfer, yogi, movement, and life lover who shares practices and tools that have had a profound impact on her life.
