Relax into the Long Weekend by the Ocean - Join me this Good Friday, as we relax into the long weekend together by the sea. Listen as the waves lap on the shore, feel the breeze on your skin, breathe, move and flow.
This 1 hour session, will combine 50 minutes of Vinyasa (flowing yoga) and 10 minutes of meditation, or Savasana, you choose. Being by the ocean, your nervous system will begin to settle. As we move together through this well paced sequenced flow, you'll be encouraged to still the thoughts and rest in the present. Stay for an optional sea swim after the class, or join me for some extra time to chill and chat around the bonfire. You'll leave these sessions feeling calmer, relaxed and centred.
